PROFILE
Pianist 정승미
피아니스트 정승미는 선화예술고등학교와 이화여자대학교 음악대학을 졸업한 후, 미국 뉴잉글랜드 콘서바토리(New England Conservatory)에서 석사학위(M.M.)를 취득하였으며, 럿거스, 뉴저지 주립대학교(Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey)에서 「A Comparison and Contrast of Sergei Prokofiev’s First and Last Piano Concertos based on “New Simplicity”」의 논문으로 박사학위(D.M.A.)를 취득하였다. 이화여자대학교 재학 시절부터 석사 및 박사과정에 걸쳐 뛰어난 학업 성취도를 인정받아 전 과정에서 성적 우수 장학생(Merit Scholarship)으로 선정되었다.
Rutgers University Concerto Competition 1위, American Protégé International Piano and String Competition 1위, Padova International Music Competition 3위, IBLA Grand Prize 국제 콩쿠르 입상 등 국내외 주요 콩쿠르에서 수상하였으며, New York Concert Artists & Associate Audition에서 'Rising Artists'로 선정되었다. 맨해튼 체임버 오케스트라, 럿거스 심포니 오케스트라, 루마니아 바나툴 티미슈아라 오케스트라, 빈 레지덴츠 오케스트라, 야쿠츠크 국립오케스트라, 프라임필하모닉 오케스트라, 서울내셔널심포니 오케스트라, 중앙대학교의대 오케스트라 등과 협연하였으며, 미국, 독일, 오스트리아, 이탈리아, 러시아, 일본, 한국에 걸쳐 다수의 독주회를 포함하여 폭넓은 연주 활동을 펼쳐왔다. 또한 Aspen International Music Festival, Heifetz International Music Festival, International Keyboard Institute and Festival, Altenburger Musik Akademie 등의 국제음악페스티벌에서 연주하였으며, 러시아 야쿠츠크 국제음악캠프&국제콩쿠르, J&R 음악캠프, SNO 음악캠프의 교수진으로 초청되었다.
이화여자대학교 초빙교수, 고신대학교 초빙교수를 비롯하여 한세대학교, 국립한국교통대학교, 서울장신대학교, 선화예중·고, 덕원예고, 고양예고, 인천예고 강사를 역임하였다. 또한 2021년에는 무대 공포증 극복을 위한 저서 『무대 공포증 극복 시크릿』을 출간하였다. 현재 이화여자대학교에 출강하며, 세종 콘서바토리 겸임교수로 재직하고 있다.

Inchoon Art Hall Multi-purpose halls that can be used for various purposes
The Inchoon Art Hall, which was completed on August 28, 2020, is a multi-purpose hall space located on the first basement floor of the music hall. It can be operated with a total of 100 seats, including 91 fixed seats and 7 mobile seats. In addition, Inchoon Art Hall has not only solo concerts, small concerts, but also video screenings, press conferences, competitions, etc. It can be used for various purposes.

Note for receiving a ticket
- Customers who have benefited from discounts (e.g. discount coupons and membership discounts, special discounts for the disabled, national merits, SAC Teens, noble members, students, seniors and last-minute tickets) must be able to present proof of eligibility when collecting discounted tickets. If a customer fails to present such certification, he or she must pay for the full ticket price to enter the venue.
- The Box Office is very crowded when an event is about to begin. We strongly recommend collecting your ticket at least 30 minutes before the performance starts.
