Ticket Reservation Notice
* Proof of eligibility must be presented when collecting discounted tickets. Otherwise, the price difference must be paid on site.
* Tickets for wheelchair-accessible seats can be booked in person at the Service Plaza or by phone (1668-1352). Online booking (web and mobile) is not available.
* When booking wheelchair-accessible seats, please let us know if a companion will also attend.

Wheelchair seats
Each of the performance venues has wheelchair seats. For visitors using wheelchairs, the seats in each level are accessible by elevator.
Wheelchair rental service
Wheelchairs are available for free by visiting 1st level of the Hangaram Art Museum or 1st level of the Hangaram Design Museum.
Accessible toilets
Accessible toilets are available for visitors with disabilities.

Music Hall
There is a wheelchair lift located in the underground passage connecting Music Hall Parking to the 1st level of the Music Hall lobby. The elevator in the center of the lobby provides access to all levels of the concert hall
Opera House
The elevator on the B1 provides access to the Jayu Theater and the Shinsegae Square Outdoor Stage in front of the Hangaram Art Museum. There are also two elevators in the center of the building to provide access to Opera Theater, CJ Towol Theater and the plaza in front of the Music Hall
Museum·Outdoor Plaza
There is a ramp connecting the museum's underground parking lot with the museum itself, the plaza in front of the Music Hall and Stairs Plaza. Wheelchairs are available for free by visiting 1st level of the Hangaram Art Museum or 1st level of the Hangaram Design Museum.
Seoul Calligraphy Art Museum
The elevator in the building provides access to all levels of exhibition halls.
