Saxophonist Psalm Jong Shim

Saxophonist Psalm Jong Shim graduated from the College of Music at Hanyang University before continuing his studies in the United States, where he became the first Korean to major in classical saxophone at the Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University.
He has appeared at Carnegie Hall in New York, Seoul Arts Center, and Lotte Concert Hall, and has given invited performances and concert tours in 25 countries across Europe, Asia, the Americas, and Africa. He has also performed as a soloist with leading orchestras, including the Moscow State Symphony Orchestra, Russian Philharmonic Orchestra, and Uzbekistan National Symphony Orchestra.
Shim served as an adjunct professor in the Department of Orchestral Instruments at Hanyang University’s College of Music for 12 years. He currently serves as an adjunct professor at Jakarta International University, principal conductor of the Haneulsori Saxophone Orchestra, and a member of Avék Trio. His musical work spans classical music, contemporary Christian music (CCM), jazz, and crossover.
He has appeared on MBC, CBS, CTS, CGNTV, and C Channel. His discography includes Hymn & Gospel Saxophone and The Classical Saxophone, as well as recordings with The Presence Trio and Avék Trio.
Alongside his performing and teaching career, Shim is committed to service through music education and the arts. He serves as a KOSTA speaker, supports the Africa Future Foundation, Nanum Mission, and Saemmul Hospice, and works as an arts and cultural missionary commissioned by CTS.

PIANO Youngim Choi
- Graduated from the Department of Instrumental Music, College of Music, Yonsei University, and its graduate school.
- Earned a master’s degree and a Graduate Performance Diploma from the Peabody Institute, USA.
- Earned a doctoral degree from Michigan State University, USA.
- Winner of the MSU Mozart Concerto Competition and Second Prize winner at the Buono & Bradshaw International Piano Competition.
- Currently teaches at Yewon School, Seoul Arts High School, Sunhwa Arts High School, and Chungnam Arts High School, and performs with Piano Duo Caritas and Halo Trio.
GUITAR Naye Song
- Graduated from Sunhwa Arts High School and graduated with honors from the College of Music, Seoul National University.
- Earned a master’s degree with top marks from the Music Academy in Kassel, Germany.
- Completed the Meisterklasse advanced performance program at the University of Music Würzburg, Germany.
- Formerly taught at Seoul National University and Sahmyook University.
- Currently teaches at Sunhwa Arts Middle and High Schools and the University of Suwon, performs with Song’s Duo, and organizes concerts at Song’s Art Hall.
