Cellist 김우진
섬세한 테크닉과 풍부한 음악성으로 한국의 대표적인 첼리스트 중의 하나로 인정받고 있는 첼리스트 김우진은 예원학교와 서울예고를 거쳐 서울대학교 음악대학을 졸업한 후, 오스트리아 잘츠부르크 모차르테움 국립음대에서 Kleines Diplom, Grosses Diplom Magister 과정을 모두 최우수 졸업하였고, 독일 뒤셀도르프 국립음대에서 Konzertexamen 학위를 취득하였다.
일찍이 중앙음악콩쿠르 1위, 예음실내악콩쿠르 최우수상, 음협해외파견콩쿠르 2위 등을 입상하면서 국내에서 두각을 나타낸 그는 모차르테움 국립음대 졸업 시 영예로운 오스트리아 학술부 장관상을 수상하였고 이탈리아 Gorizia "Alpe-Adria" 국제청소년첼로콩쿠르, 오스트리아 Liezen 국제첼로 콩쿠르, 스페인 바르셀로나 Maria Canals 국제콩쿠르 등에서 입상하여 해외 주요 국제 콩쿠르에서도 그 실력을 인정 받으며 화려한 경력을 쌓았다.
또한, KBS교향악단, 서울시향, 코리안심포니, 경북도립 교향악단(2006 교향악 축제), 부산심포니 오케스트라, 포항시향, 프라임 필하모닉 오케스트라, 서울챔버 오케스트라, 서울음대 오케스트라 등과 협연하였고, 조선일보사 신인 음악회, 젊은이의 음악제, KBS FM 콘서트 100회 기념 초청 연주회 등을 통해 폭 넓은 음악적 활동을 하였을 뿐만 아니라 독일, 오스트리아, 이탈리아, 슬로베니아 등지에서 다수의 독주회 및 연주회를 가졌으며 2001년부터 수석 첼리스트로 재직하고 있는 KBS 교향악단에서 연간 80-90여 회의 연주를 소화하면서도 금호문화재단 초청 독주회, 무반주 첼로 독주회, 베토벤 첼로 소나타와 변주곡 전곡, 하이든 협주곡 전곡, 브람스 전곡 연주회와 같은 다양한 기획의 독주회를 열어 연주자로서 호평을 받으며 입지를 확고히 하였다.
일찍부터 오케스트라와 실내악 활동에도 남다른 애정을 보여 Salzburg Kammerphilharmonie, Pro Musica Salzburg, Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Neuss의 단원을 역임하며 유럽 각지에서 연주를 가졌고, 수원대학교 겸임교수, 국민대학교 겸임교수, 서울대학교, 한국예술종합학교, 연세대학교에 출강하여 후학 양성에도 힘을 쏟았다.
김재홍, 백청심, Heidi Litschauer, Johannes Goritzki를 사사한 첼리스트 김우진은 현재 KBS교향악단 수석, 코리아나 챔버 뮤직 소사이어티 단원, 서울 솔리스트 첼로 앙상블 악장으로 활동 중이다.

Note for receiving a ticket
- Customers who have benefited from discounts (e.g. discount coupons and membership discounts, special discounts for the disabled, national merits, SAC Teens, noble members, students, seniors and last-minute tickets) must be able to present proof of eligibility when collecting discounted tickets. If a customer fails to present such certification, he or she must pay for the full ticket price to enter the venue.
- The Box Office is very crowded when an event is about to begin. We strongly recommend collecting your ticket at least 30 minutes before the performance starts.
