PROFILE

PIANIST 정용환

피아니스트 정용환은 예원학교, 서울예술고등학교에서 실기 우수 졸업 및 한국예술종합학교 음악원에서 수학하며 이주연, 오윤주, 김대진 교수를 사사하였다. 이후 오스트리아로 유학하여 잘츠부르크 모차르테움 국립 음악대학교에서 Klaus Kaufmann 교수 사사로 석사과정(Master Solistenausbildung)을, Rolf Plagge 교수 사사로 최고연주자과정(Post-Graduated)을 만장일치 최고점으로 졸업하며 박사 학위를 취득하였다.


어릴 적부터 두각을 나타낸 그는 삼익/자일러 피아노 콩쿨 대상, 제 27회 부산음악콩쿨 1위, 제 59회 이화경향음악콩쿨 2위, 한국쇼팽콩쿨, 제 1회 예원음악콩쿨 등 다수의 국내 주요 콩쿨에서 입상하며 탄탄한 입지를 다졌다. 국제무대에서도 활약하며 The 3rd Chopin International Piano Competition in ASEAN 1위, The 10th Chopin International Piano Competiton in Asia 2위, The 11th Franz Liszt International Piano Competition in Utrecht Semi-Finalist, The 25th Pietro Argento International Piano Competition 2위 및 청중상, The 4th Sanremo Russian Piano Music International Competition A. Scriabin Special Prize를 수상하는 등 음악성과 대중성을 모두 인정받았다.


연주 활동 또한 국내외를 아우르며 활발히 펼치고 있다. 부산시립교향악단 초청 협연(부산문화회관), 서울예술고등학교 오케스트라 정기연주회 협연(예술의전당 콘서트홀), 젊은이의 음악제를 비롯하여, The 3rd International Chopin Piano Competition in ASEAN Winner Gala Concert(Experimental Theatre, University of Malaysia), The 10th International Chopin Piano Competition in Asia 초청 연주회(Showa University of Music, Yuri Hall), 한국예술종합학교 KNUA Series : C. Debussy / J. Haydn, Mozarteum Kammermusik Konzert(Solitär, Mozarteum), 독일 Wasserburger Klaviersommer Nachtskonzert(Rathaussaal Wasserburg), 이탈리아 Brescia Talent Music Festival 초청 연주(Talent Music Concert Hall, Brescia), Associazione Musicale E Culturale “Daniele Lobefaro” Gala Concert(Theatro Rossini Comunale), Sanremo Russian Piano Music International Competition Special Gala Concert(TheComunale) - Sanremo Russian Piano Music International Competition Special Gala Concert(Theatre del Casinò di Sanremo), di Sanremo) - Legature XIX Edizione 2023/2024 Stagione di Musica Classica Recital(Theatro Rossini Comunale) 등 다양한 초청 연주 무대에 올랐으며, 유수의 페스티벌 및 시리즈 무대에 참여하였다.


현재 예원학교, 서울예술고등학교, 선화예술중학교, 계원예술중학교, 인천예술고등학교에 출강하며 후학 양성에도 힘쓰고 있으며, 한국피아노학회 소속으로 활동 중이다.

The 2 stories 354 seats Recital Hall is the perfect venue for recitals that demand crystal clear sounds to resonate. It finished undergoing renovation in 2005 and has since been widely loved for showcasing debut and farewell stages, charming chamber music ensembles as well as experimental music.

All performances, except for children-specific ones, are suitable for elementary school students and older. If proof of age cannot be provided, entry will not be permitted regardless of ticket possession or accompaniment by a guardian. (Excluding performances aimed at children.)

We encourage travel by public transport because you may not be able to enter the venue before the performance start time due to parking lot congestion.
(ticket exchange or refund is not available for delays in entering the venue caused by parking lot congestion)

The maximum number of tickets allowed to be purchased per online order (pc, mobile) is 10. If you would like to purchase more than 10 tickets for a group, please call the Service Plaza (1668-1352)

    • * Mail delivery request: available only for a ticket booked no later than 2 weeks (14 days) before event day
    • * Delivery charge: prepayment KRW 3,700 per delivery
    • * Time it takes a ticket to arrive: within 5 working days from mail delivery request
  • Note for receiving a ticket
    • Customers who have benefited from discounts (e.g. discount coupons and membership discounts, special discounts for the disabled, national merits, SAC Teens, noble members, students, seniors and last-minute tickets) must be able to present proof of eligibility when collecting discounted tickets. If a customer fails to present such certification, he or she must pay for the full ticket price to enter the venue.
    • The Box Office is very crowded when an event is about to begin. We strongly recommend collecting your ticket at least 30 minutes before the performance starts.
