Sunlight, with no form of its own, flows into everything.
Thus, even in the days we endure through times of pain, even within hearts that have lived with long-held scars,
Light can, in the end, seep in.
The golden hues in Oh Ji-yoon’s paintings are not just simple brilliance.
They are the glimmer of dignity, born from a soul that has passed through long silence and patience,
And traces of love and hope that are reborn atop the waves of life.
The sea she paints is calm yet intense in its language.
It approaches silently, knocking at the heart, and the colors that seep onto the clear, emptied canvas read as deep empathy and encouragement toward all those who suffer in this world.
Her series of endless seas, where blue and gold meet under an eternal sun, go beyond mere natural representation.
They are a fierce record of how the painter’s inner sea is reborn every single day.
The journey of color, which begins in ultramarine, expands into the light of magenta, bridging sunsets and dawns, memories and promises, wounds and healing.
And finally, in the radiant moment where the boundary between sun and sea disappears,
Her brush whispers to us.
In the wounds and neglect of some devotion in life,
The time spent lifting the brush daily, never losing her inner sun.
Before this sea, formed from the accumulation of those moments, we are invited to reflect on ourselves.
Such deep and quiet love,
Such ever-bright radiance—one that undoubtedly exists within us as well.
This exhibition is not just a display of paintings.
It is a quiet resistance and a brilliant journey of recovery of a human who is losing their dignity.

Hangaram Art MuseumAn open space at the Seoul Arts Center.
The museum has three levels above ground and one level underground with six galleries , storage rooms, and art shops, which are equipped with temperature and humidity adjustment and lighting facilities. gallery 1 and 2 are located on the first floor, gallery 3 and 4 on the second floor, and gallery 5 and 6 on the third floor. Cafe Matisse is located in the center of the lobby while an art shop is located next to the entrance on the first floor, selling books , accessories , art works, etc.
All performances, except for children-specific ones, are suitable for elementary school students and older. If proof of age cannot be provided, entry will not be permitted regardless of ticket possession or accompaniment by a guardian. (Excluding performances aimed at children.)
We encourage travel by public transport because you may not be able to enter the venue before the performance start time due to parking lot congestion.

The maximum number of tickets allowed to be purchased per online order (pc, mobile) is 10. If you would like to purchase more than 10 tickets for a group, please call the Service Plaza (1668-1352)

※ Cancellation Fees for Exhibition Tickets:
- Tickets with Time Slots: Cancellation fees apply according to the same standards as for rental performances at the Seoul Arts Center
- General Exhibition Tickets: There is no cancellation fee until 7 days after ticket purchase, and a 10% cancellation fee is charged from the 8th day onwards.

Note for receiving a ticket
- Customers who have benefited from discounts (e.g. discount coupons and membership discounts, special discounts for the disabled, national merits, SAC Teens, noble members, students, seniors and last-minute tickets) must be able to present proof of eligibility when collecting discounted tickets. If a customer fails to present such certification, he or she must pay for the full ticket price to enter the venue.
- The Box Office is very crowded when an event is about to begin. We strongly recommend collecting your ticket at least 30 minutes before the performance starts.
