PROFILE
Pianist 이선미
세계적인 피아니스트 André Watts에게 ‘자신만의 색채로 따뜻한 이야기를 풀어내는 피아니스트’라는 평을 들으며 국제적으로 활발한 활동을 하고 있는 피아니스트 이선미는 예원학교, 서울예술고등학교, 한국예술종합학교를 졸업한 뒤 도미하여 인디애나 대학교에서 연주자과정을 수료하고 석사과정을 우수한 성적으로 졸업했다. 그 뒤 서던캘리포니아 대학교(USC)에서 전액 장학금 및 Teaching Assistant를 역임하며 박사학위를 취득했다.
일찍이 한독 브람스협회 콩쿠르에서 우승하고 독일 투어 연주를 통해 현지 언론의 호평을 받은 그는 소년한국일보 콩쿠르, 음연 콩쿠르, Los Angeles International Liszt Competition 등 국내외 유수의 콩쿠르에서 입상하며 피아니스트로서의 자질을 인정받았다. 실내악에도 각별한 애정을 가진 그는 바이올리니스트 로버트 립셋(Robert Lipsett), 첼리스트 랄프 커쉬바움(Ralph Kirshbaum)의 스튜디오 피아니스트로 수년간 활동했으며, 로스앤젤레스의 주요 무대에서 Martin Chalifour(현 Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra 악장), Glenn Dicterow(전 New York Philharmonic Orchestra 악장) 등 세계적인 연주자들과 끊임없이 앙상블 연주활동을 하며 음악적으로 교류하고 있다. 미국 내 공영 클래식 라디오 채널 Performance Today에 Brahms Piano Quintet 실황 연주가 미국 전역에 방송되었으며, Primrose International Viola Competition의 공식 상임 반주자를 역임했다. 또한, Songfest, MQVC and Bassoon Symposium, L’Académie Internationale d’Eté de Lyon에 Artist로 참가 및 연주하며 국제적인 무대에서 두각을 나타내고 있다.
김대진, 유미정, André Watts, Alan Smith를 사사한 그는 미국 로스앤젤레스에 있는 Colburn School에서 강사를 역임했고, 현재 한양대학교 겸임교수, 예원, 서울예술고등학교, 한국예술종합학교, 성신여자대학교에 출강하며 후학 양성에 힘을 쏟는 동시에 미국 Heifetz International Music Institute 및 Montecito International Music Institute의 교수진으로 활동하고 있다.

Inchoon Art Hall Multi-purpose halls that can be used for various purposes
The Inchoon Art Hall, which was completed on August 28, 2020, is a multi-purpose hall space located on the first basement floor of the music hall. It can be operated with a total of 100 seats, including 91 fixed seats and 7 mobile seats. In addition, Inchoon Art Hall has not only solo concerts, small concerts, but also video screenings, press conferences, competitions, etc. It can be used for various purposes.

Note for receiving a ticket
- Customers who have benefited from discounts (e.g. discount coupons and membership discounts, special discounts for the disabled, national merits, SAC Teens, noble members, students, seniors and last-minute tickets) must be able to present proof of eligibility when collecting discounted tickets. If a customer fails to present such certification, he or she must pay for the full ticket price to enter the venue.
- The Box Office is very crowded when an event is about to begin. We strongly recommend collecting your ticket at least 30 minutes before the performance starts.
