Piano MinJung Baek
South Korean pianist MinJung Baek is a winner of 2012 Beethoven Piano Society of Europe piano competition and a recipient of the Beethoven Gold Medal. Since her talent was immediately recognised when she entered her first competition at the age of five, she went on to win more than fifty prizes in Korean national competitions and at international competitions including the Skokie Valley in USA; the Sheepdrove in UK, the Giuliano Pecar, Liszt, Pietro Argento and Rachmaninoff international piano competition in Italy.
Since her first public recital appearance at the age of eight and at age ten the orchestral debut with the Busan Philharmonic Orchestra, her sensitive touch, expressive playing, and strong charisma have led her to perform at prestigious halls including Carnegie Hall, Barbican Hall, Wigmore Hall and extensively throughout in 5 Continents.
MinJung has been invited to play as a soloist with numerous orchestras and her performances and interviews have been broadcast on KBS, Rai, Rai Radio 3, ITV, PBS and WQXR. Recent highlights include invitations as a faculty at the East/West International Piano Festival in Shenzhen, China, one of the most prestigious international piano festivals - the International Keyboard Institute&Festival in New York City and the Haus Marteau in Germany and a jury at national and international competitions. Her three CDs , and under the Onclassical, Italian label, immediately embarked as a "Popular Release" on including Spotify, Highresaudio and AppleMusic and the critically acclaimed CDs have been presented on RaiRadio3 and RadioClassica. In this season of 2023/24, four new albums will be continuously released and she is looking forward to meeting her lovely audiences in recitals at such prestigious concert halls including the Carnegie Hall in NYC and the Concergebouw in Amsterdam(Debut Recital in September 2023). She is also serving as a visiting professor at University of Oxford and an adjunct professot at HanYang University.

The Inchoon Art Hall, which was completed on August 28, 2020, is a multi-purpose hall space located on the first basement floor of the music hall. It can be operated with a total of 100 seats, including 91 fixed seats and 7 mobile seats. In addition, Inchoon Art Hall has not only solo concerts, small concerts, but also video screenings, press conferences, competitions, etc. It can be used for various purposes.

All performances, except for children-specific ones, are suitable for elementary school students and older. If proof of age cannot be provided, entry will not be permitted regardless of ticket possession or accompaniment by a guardian. (Excluding performances aimed at children.)
We encourage travel by public transport because you may not be able to enter the venue before the performance start time due to parking lot congestion.
