General information about Lee Doo-sik Fine Art Academy for prodigy (2003)

Introduction

The Kim Sou's Fine Art Academy for prodigy had operated from 1999 was closed, the Lee Doo-sik Fine Art Academy for prodigy is newly opened from 2003 instead.
 It is a painting-centered program for arouse children's personality and creativity that is lacking in accredited school to divided into 3 classes - an infant class(7 years old students ~ 1th grade students of elementary school), a lower grade class(2~3th grade students of elementary school) and a higher grade class(4~6th grade students of elementary school) - which go on to fit their ability.  
In addition, this Academy has three assistant instructors, who majored in art, each of the classes.
They teach together with Lee and hold an exhibition for estimate the lessons when the term is over.  Annually on the end of the January, the audition has held to fill up a vacancy, Lee directly choose the children who has got a sense and creativity rather than good in technique.
This is the one & only oppotunity to meet the children art education program of Lee Doo-sik, the dean of the Hongik University, the College of Fine Arts.

  • -Test theme : The subject for the test will be announced at the test.

  • -Evaluation
    Considering the student's age and grade, 30~40 students or more will be selected. (Juror : Lee Doo-sik)
  • -Notice of the result
    SAC homepage and individual notification to the students on the 2nd Saturday in February 3:00 p.m..
