Guide to Refund & Exchange

* To alleviate the burden on our customers, Seoul Arts Center applies a smaller rate than the fee specified by the Notification No.2014-4 of Fair Trade Commission .

Ticket Cancellation Information

Cancellation fees will be charged based on event day. As reservation changes go through refunds (cancellations) and re-reservations (re-payments), the identical cancellation rate as above will be applied.

If booked tickets are not received

To cancel a reservation, a customer can check the reservation details in My Page on the website or through Service Plaza
(02-580-1300, Operating hours: 09:00 – 20:00)

If a customer received booked tickets through visiting Service Plaza or mail delivery

A customer must return tickets to Service Plaza to get a refund.

Refund by payment methods

A refund is only possible with the same payment method as used in booking.

- Credit card: Specifics of a refunded credit card payment (cancelled approval) can be viewed through the relevant credit card company 3 to 5 days after a customer’s booking cancellation request.

- Virtual account: A customer must provide the account in the name which the reservation is made in. It takes 5 working days from the requested date to process a booking cancellation

Precautions for ticket cancellation

* As tickets booked through other ticket agency’s sales channel or performance agency are processed in accordance with refund regulations for the specific agencies, please contact the relevant agencies to get a refund.

* Complimentary tickets (with or without a seat assignment), special offer tickets and tickets specified by performance agency sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

* We are not responsible for the tickets by individual transactions other than purchase through specified ticketing system.

* Lost tickets are non-refundable or non-exchangeable as tickets are value instrument papers.

* If a customer receives a ticket paid by credit card as gifts, it is not reimbursed for cash as a refund is possible only in the same payment method as used in booking
